I guess I've been sweating over meta tags for nothing. You certainly will be in a growing field with search marketing. I thought it was funny during the writer's strike when the producers claimed that they didn't pay money to writers for online content because the Internet was still too new a technology.

Has the Internet ever stopped growing? Such claims are laughable and the growth will extend to millions more web sites and search queries. Advertisers love the idea of having real, quantifiable numbers to justify budget expenditures. You should have the ammunition for a good study.

This whole meta tag/google search algorithm stuff is very interesting indeed. I am working for a small boutique in Austin right now, helping with redesigning their website, and the owner is thoroughly confused with this stuff. She really wants to know how she can make her company website visible to search engine users without having to pay for anything and without having to worry about who's linking to her. A lot of new small business owners that I've been talking to lately seem to have the same issues. I'm going to have her check out your blog :)
